The object of this course is to help students develop their own personal sense of surface decoration. Through the exploration of various Ceramic techniques such as sgraffito and mishima, students will learn the skills needed to turn their ideas into fun and creative surfaces. A thorough examination of folk pottery traditions from around the world will serve as a source of inspiration.
On Friday, November 3 at 5:30pm, Kurt will be giving an Artist Talk in the GoggleWorks Film Theatre. It is free and open to the public to attend.
